Handy Tips (Commands, Help, Display Language)

The assistant includes handy features that let you work faster. This page covers the ”/” commands in the input box, how to open help, and how to switch the display language.

The ”/” Commands (Slash Commands)

Type / (slash) at the beginning of the input box to see a list of the commands you can use.

Use ↑ / ↓ to select, Enter or Tab to confirm, and Esc to close.
Keep typing after / to narrow down the commands (e.g., /he → /help).

Command	What it does
`/help`	Opens the help table of contents
`/skills`	Opens the skills list

Only a / at the very beginning becomes a command. A ”/” in the middle of your text (such as in a URL or a date) is treated as an ordinary character, and no command appears.

How to Open Help

Type /help in the input box and press Enter → the help table of contents opens.
User menu at the top right of the screen → “Help Center” → the public help site opens in a new tab.

Ask How to Do Something on the Spot with `/help <question>`

Type a question right after /help, and the assistant will explain the steps of the operation (in this case it does not perform the actual operation—such as changing inventory or processing an order—it focuses solely on explaining how to do it).

Example: /help how to check inventory → it explains the steps to check inventory.
Leave the part after /help blank and press Enter → the help table of contents opens.

Switching Skills (`/skills`)

Use /skills to open the skills list and choose the skills to use in the conversation. Owners and administrators can add and manage skills.

Feedback on Answers and Message Actions

Action icons appear below each assistant answer.

Icon	What it does
Copy	Copies the answer text (turns into a checkmark once copied)
👍 (Helpful)	Records that the answer was helpful
👎 (Needs work)	Records that it needs improvement, with optional reasons
Regenerate	Generates the answer again for the same question

After tapping 👎 you can pick a reason (“Info missing”, “Off-topic”, “Out of date”) and optionally add a note of up to 25 characters.
Tap the same button again to undo (undoing 👎 also removes the reasons and note).
Your feedback is kept even after reloading the page.
What you write is used only to improve answer quality. Please don’t include personal information such as names, phone numbers, or order numbers.

Switching the Display Language

You can choose 日本語 / 中文 / English from the language switcher at the top of the admin screen or from the assistant’s user menu.
The language you choose is kept for future sessions (it is tied to your account).
