The most important thing to understand: “Propose → Confirm → Execute”

Section titled “The most important thing to understand: “Propose → Confirm → Execute””

The assistant does not change product data directly. When you request a change, the assistant creates a proposal (a diff) of what will change, and a confirmation card appears on screen.

  1. Tell the assistant what you want changed (e.g., “Set the price to 1,800 yen”)
  2. Review the diff on the confirmation card shown on screen
  3. Only after you press the confirm button does the system execute the change

Confirmations have an expiration time. If it expires, just ask again and a new proposal will be created. The assistant will never declare “I’ve made the change” — always confirm the actual result on the on-screen card.

  • Be specific: instead of “lower the price,” say “lower the price of ◯◯ (product name) to 1,800 yen.”
  • When a product isn’t found: the product may be registered under a different language (searching in Japanese won’t match an English name like “Gift Card,” for example). The assistant will automatically retry the search in another language, but giving the exact product name is the surest approach.
  • The chips above the input field: selecting a skill (response style, etc.) lets you change how the assistant behaves for the duration of that conversation.
  • Attaching files: you can attach a file to your message and ask questions about its contents.
  • For anything not covered in this help, ask the assistant directly — it searches this help content to answer you.
  • If that doesn’t resolve it, contact the support desk in your console.
