Searching for products

You can search by part of a product name, handle, or SKU.

“Search for rings” / “List products whose SKU starts with RING-”

When nothing is found: often the product title is registered in a different language (searching for “ギフトカード” in Japanese won’t match the English name “Gift Card”). The assistant will translate and retry the search, but if it still isn’t found, provide the exact product name or product ID.

Checking product details and inventory

You can check a specific product’s current price, description, variants (size, color, etc.), and inventory.

“Show me the inventory and price of ◯◯” / “List the variants of this product”

Changing price and product info (Propose → Confirm → Execute)

Changes are first created as a proposal. The assistant never executes them directly.

1. Tell it what you want changed: “Lower the price of ◯◯ to 1,800 yen”
2. If there are multiple variants, you’ll be asked which one to change
3. Review the diff (before → after) on the on-screen confirmation card
4. Pressing the confirm button makes the system execute the change

• Confirmations have an expiration time. If one expires, just ask again.
• The amount you specify is used exactly as given (no arbitrary conversion or guessing).
• Completion of the execution is shown on the on-screen card. Rely on what the card displays, not on what the assistant says.

Bulk changes across multiple products

The same kind of change (a bulk price cut, a bulk status change, etc.) can be proposed all at once.

“Take 500 yen off these three products together”

• You can handle up to 50 products at a time.
• The flow is the same as for a single product: bulk-approve on the confirmation card → the system executes in the background → progress and results are shown on the card.

Generating product image concepts

You can use AI to generate mood/concept images for a product.

“Create a worn-on-model concept image for this product”

• Generation consumes credits (no credits are consumed on failure).
• Generated images are AI-created concepts and differ from the actual product. If you use them outside the store, such as on product pages or in advertising, indicating that they are “AI-generated” and ensuring compliance with the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations (Keihyo-ho) — the prohibition of misleading superiority claims — is the business operator’s responsibility.
• Generated images are never automatically applied to your product data (they are provided as assets only).

Rough foreign-currency conversion

You can check a rough estimate of a foreign-currency amount, e.g., “About how much is $29.99 in yen?” Conversions are for reference only — even when you want to change a product price based on a conversion, you must specify the final yen price yourself.
