Confirming, Executing, and Undoing Changes
Any operation that changes data—such as products, inventory, or orders—is always executed only after your confirmation. The assistant never rewrites data on its own.
Propose → Confirm → Execute
Section titled “Propose → Confirm → Execute”- Propose: When you request a change, the assistant builds a diff (before → after) of the change and displays a confirmation card on screen. At this point nothing has changed yet.
- Confirm: Review the contents of the card and click the “Confirm and Execute” button.
- Execute: Only after you click the button does the system make the actual change. The result is shown on the card.
🔴 Saying “Yes” Alone Does Not Execute It
Section titled “🔴 Saying “Yes” Alone Does Not Execute It”Even if you reply in chat with words like “Yes, do it” or “OK,” the change is not executed. For safety, execution happens only when you click the button on the confirmation card. The assistant will remind you to “please click the button.”
- To check whether the change was executed, rely on the card’s display, not on what the assistant says. Even if the assistant says “I’ve made the change,” it has not been executed unless you clicked the button.
You Can Undo Within 24 Hours
Section titled “You Can Undo Within 24 Hours”An executed change can be reverted to its original value with “Undo,” as long as it is within 24 hours.
“Undo the price change I just made.”
- Undo actions are also kept in the records.
- After 24 hours, you can no longer undo. In that case, please propose the change again.
When Execution Is Refused
Section titled “When Execution Is Refused”In the following cases, the system refuses execution for safety (a mechanism to avoid corrupting data):
- Confirmation has expired: A confirmation card has an expiration (about 10 minutes). If it expires, please make the request again.
- A confirmation can be used only once: You cannot execute twice with the same confirmation card.
- The product changed after the proposal: If the product is changed elsewhere between the proposal and execution, execution is stopped so that the old content does not overwrite the new one. Please propose again with the latest content.
- Only the person who proposed can execute: You cannot execute a change proposed by another member of the same store.
