Credits and Usage
Use of the assistant is managed with credits. You can check your balance and usage on the “Usage” page in the console.
What consumes credits
Section titled “What consumes credits”- Conversations with the assistant (exchanging messages)
- Generating product images
In both cases, you only consume credits for what you actually use.
Checking your usage
Section titled “Checking your usage”On the “Usage” page in the console, you can check:
- Your current credit balance
- Your usage history (a breakdown of conversations, image generation, and more)
- An estimate of credits nearing expiration
You can also ask the assistant directly, such as “What’s my credit balance?” or “How much have I used this month?”
How credits are granted
Section titled “How credits are granted”- Credits are granted according to your plan (for example, an initial grant at sign-up and monthly grants).
- The details of grants and adjustments depend on your store’s contract.
About image generation consumption
Section titled “About image generation consumption”- Image generation consumes credits when an image is successfully generated. No credits are consumed when it fails.
- The credits needed for generation are reserved before generation and settled according to the actual amount consumed.
